Effortlessly post a shift by including key details like date, time, hourly wage, location, and any available reimbursements. Pharmacies can choose between allowing negotiations or not, and they can select either Auto-Select or Manual Selection for candidates.

If Auto-Select is enabled, pharmacies set specific criteria. When pharmacists apply and meet these criteria, they are automatically selected. However,if a pharmacist opts to negotiate, the pharmacy must review the application manually, and the process then follows a manual selection workflow.
