- Business Information: This includes the business name, contact details (such as phone number, email, and postal address), the name of all business points of contact, details regarding professional associations, accreditation, and any additional information provided via the Platforms or directly to Relief Guru.

For Businesses, this can include location details, shift information, special shift requirements, and the primary business contact’s information.
2. Upon User Request or Consent: Data may be shared for insurance matters, in emergency situations, through reviews posted by the user on review platforms or Relief Guru’s Platforms, or any other instance where user consent is provided.
3. With Related Entities: Information may be shared with subsidiaries, Affiliates, or parent companies of Relief Guru for legitimate business purposes.
4. With Business Partners: This includes sharing with parties such as payment processing entities (e.g., PayPal), background check and identity verification services, cloud storage providers, customer support services, research entities conducting studies on behalf of Relief Guru, insurance firms for claim handling, companies aiding in platform security, firms providing AI and machine learning technologies, and professional services like accounting, legal consultancy, etc.
