Pricing questions, answered
No. The Professional receives 100% of the rate you post. You have more room to pay a better hourly rate, because we don't charge a fee for every shift.
A payment facilitation fee applies only when you ask Relief Guru to handle payment to an external Professional. Nothing else is added to your plan price.
You keep paying your internal staff the way you do today. The app gives you a shift report with the details. For an external Professional, you receive an invoice and can process it through Relief Guru.
Mainly EFT and card payments, processed in the app through Stripe.
You repay only the discount you've received so far, and never more than the month-to-month price for the months you used. You lose your discounted price going forward.
It applies to annual plans and comes with conditions. It isn't automatic. Use the platform, post your shifts and invite your team. If it doesn't work for your pharmacy, tell us and we refund you.
On annual Coverage Essential and Coverage Pro plans, unused shifts stay in your account and roll forward. You can use them for extended vacation cover or a sudden shortage.
A shift filled through Relief Guru, whether by your own staff, a known relief Professional you added, or someone from our external network. Posting shifts and onboarding staff are always unlimited.
Pharmacies that join during the launch window keep the launch price, frozen for 2 years, as long as the plan stays active. New pharmacies choose Essential, Pro or Unlimited.
